Ramp equipped with a flap which opens up to rest on the vehicle.

This is the most common loading berth.

It requires a raised platform.

Technical features

  • The structure is designed to ensure high longitudinal strength and the maximum permitted transversal elasticity in order to achieve a perfect docking between the berth and the vehicle.
  • Self-supporting steel bottom chassis, with a fixing bar for maintenance.
  • Top platform and front flap made of non-slip embossed steel sheet.
  • Electro-hydraulic operation, including that of the automatic flap.
    24V 1.5 HP motor, electrical cabinet with built-in control button pad, with emergency stop.
  • Hydraulic cylinders equipped with one-way valves.
  • Oil-pressure controlled action, without microswitches.
  • Telescopic side flaps and striped side markings.

Materials

  • Ramp made entirely in stainless steel.
  • Ramp top and flap made in stainless steel, bottom in galvanised steel.
  • Ramp made entirely in galvanised steel for immersion purposes.
  • Ramp top and flap made in galvanised steel, bottom in painted steel.
  • Ramp made entirely in painted steel.

Dimensions and load (consult models):

  • Dynamic load ranging from 6,000kg to 12,000kg.
  • Ramp width from 1,800mm to 2,200mm.
  • Ramp length from 2,000mm to 4,000mm.
    Flap 400mm long.
